The FORSA program has been established by the government to promote entrepreneurship in Morocco. Whether for young entrepreneurs or idea bearers, everything is in place to ensure that all business ideas develop rapidly and confidently.

To accomplish its missions, the program unfolds in four phases: selection, training, incubation and support, and financing.
Eligibility Conditions:
To benefit from the FORSA program, it is open to all entrepreneurs looking to establish their activities in Moroccan territory. The program is accessible to all residents in Morocco and to Moroccan expatriates (MRE) aged 18 and above. Additionally, individuals must possess innovative ideas.
The program also includes sole proprietors and very small businesses. However, these businesses must have been in existence for a maximum of 3 years.
